Somehow (tip from skateboarding boyfriend) , ended up trying get hired at Enjoi (skateboard company). I like skateboards, I like illustration, and I like screen printing. Okay. Just for the thrill I sent a link to my portfolio site and a cover letter. To my fashion school background having surprise, I heard back. Did some test graphics. Eventually got a “thank you” email. Lightly bummed out, but mostly glad that Skateboard people saw something in my work. Let me just say, I have been bit by some sort of bug because…I’m now obsessed with pursuing skateboard graphics. This was one of the boards I did. P.S. Enjoi, please don’t sue me for this post. Maybe I should have put a little black box over your Logo? Maybe a smiley face? Snake Girl, hiss hiss hiss

“Favorite Jacket” A trend I truly adore right now is looking as if your not wearing pants. Extra long tops and itty bitty shorts. However, I got to thinking about how trends always get super extreme towards the end of their run. Feeling inspired by that thought, was when I drew this lady (sans bottoms). Are we on our way to actually not wearing pants at all? Probably not, but if we were… (notice the fine detailed pencil work on the lady parts, haha!)

After some thought, I decided my portfolio site was no place for pubic hair. I love to draw naked ladies though! Where would they go? Ahhh, a blog. Here is the first of many, enjoy.
